After you have been advised by us, we collect all relevant information about the yacht and – if you plan to be on board during the delivery – about you as the owner. Together, we determine the appropriate timeframe for your yacht delivery. The project is entered into our planning software, and all updates are taken into account. In due course, we assemble the appropriate crew and then prepare the delivery organizationally.
At the agreed start time, our crew arrives, performs a technical inspection, and commissions the ship. Then, provisions, water, and fuel are bunkered, and the yacht is made seaworthy. Once all checks are completed, the passage begins.
Throughout the entire delivery, the crew remains in contact with our office and, if desired, with you. This way, you are always informed about the progress, position, and condition of your yacht.
After arrival in the destination port, the ship is cleared, properly handed over, and the crew disembarks. You will receive a detailed invoice with receipts from us, as well as a summary of the course of the yacht delivery and the condition of the ship.
