Our yacht delivery costs are composed as follows:
1. Service fee
The fee (€300-€1,500) is variable and depends on the distance, length of the yacht delivery, as well as the boat type and size. It covers the entire organization including administration, team composition, arrival and departure, support and all preparatory and follow-up work.
2. Daily rate
The standard daily rate for a medium-sized yacht is from €350 plus VAT and can be discounted for longer trips. We usually charge per day, but we also offer flat rates on request.
3. Further costs

Catering: €15–20 per day and crew member

Crew travel expenses: Kept as low as possible

Diesel: We use favorable weather windows to reduce fuel consumption, costs and environmental impact

Mooring fees: We know the ports along the route and find the most economical solution

Co-skipper (optional): An additional, paid co-skipper can be useful, but causes additional costs
4. The following are usually included in the price for boat or yacht deliveries:
- Weather and trip advice through our network with modern routing software
- Nautical charts and almanacs for the planned route
- Satellite communication for offshore voyages
5. Skipper & crew guarantee:
- If the skipper or a crew member drops out, we will provide a replacement
