We handle all applicant and owner data confidentially and responsibly within the scope of crew placement/recruitment. Profiles are only passed on after consultation and used exclusively within the scope of specific inquiries. Discretion towards owners, guests and employers is a matter of course for us. Furthermore, all personal data is processed exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the relevant national data protection laws. Personal data is only collected, stored and processed to the extent necessary for the execution of crew placement, yacht transfers or related services.
A transfer of data to third parties only takes place with the prior consent of the person concerned or if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a concrete placement/staffing order. In these cases, the data transfer is limited to the information required in each case. The data is not used for other purposes, in particular for advertising or marketing purposes.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or unlawful processing. Access to sensitive data is reserved exclusively for authorized persons who are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
Applicants, crew members and clients have the right to information about the personal data stored by us at any time and – if legally permissible – to correction, restriction of processing or deletion of this data. Corresponding inquiries are processed by us carefully and promptly.
Personal data is only stored for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose or legal storage obligations exist. After the processing purpose has ceased to exist, the data is properly deleted or anonymized.
