We work with experienced professional sailors, professional skippers and dedicated crew members who sail along on yachts on a hand-for-berth basis. What unites us, besides the passion for the sea, is a high degree of responsibility, seamanship and the willingness to be part of a professional environment.

Skipper jobs and permanent positions are only available to qualified applicants. We expect well-founded experience, a confident appearance on board and the ability to take responsibility.

Selected applicants receive access to our newsletter with curated offers from yachting – from skipper positions to crew places on high-quality yachts.

New applicants are often first employed as crew. This phase serves to get to know each other and to assess competence, reliability and teamwork skills in a practical way. Responsibility is not given to us, but earned.
