| The yacht is currently in Kiel and will proceed to Stockholm. We are therefore looking for a crew member to accompany the voyage to Stockholm.
The skipper is Rainer Holtorff. The crew member should be capable of standing watch independently and be sea-hardy. – Arrival likely from Tuesday, April 21. 2026. Departure is on Wednesday. Travel expenses may be reimbursed if the passage to Stockholm is completed. Onboard catering is included. The Arcona 430 is a high-quality yacht from Sweden, comparable to a Hallberg-Rassy. Experienced crew member – Yacht delivery Moody 376 (IJmuiden → Brunsbüttel)
We are looking for an experienced crew member for the Yacht delivery of a Moody 376 from IJmuiden (Netherlands) to Brunsbüttel (Germany).
The start is planned for April 23, 2026. Approx. 2–3 days.
You should be able to stand a watch independently and have relevant experience in coastal and offshore sailing. The route runs along the Dutch and German North Sea coast.
On board will be Holger Elschenbroich, a very experienced skipper on this route—an excellent opportunity to gain additional professional insight.

| Crew/skipper wanted for delivery from the IJsselmeer to the Mediterranean on a 20 m steel ketch
– We are looking for 2–3 experienced crew members + a professional skipper who can commit around 4 weeks. You should be able to stand watch independently (as watch leader), be seaworthy, and have good social skills. The very pleasant owner couple will be on board part of the time and values privacy (please limit social media during this period). – Start, depending on the weather window, at the end of March 2026 in the IJsselmeer, heading to Antibes. The yacht has just returned from a refit at the yard and is in good condition. All sails can be operated hydraulically from the helm station. Large deck saloon with good all-round visibility for cold nights, etc. There are 3 comfortable double cabins for skipper and crew. Travel costs will be reimbursed if you sail the entire passage.
