– We are looking for 2–3 experienced crew members + a professional skipper who can commit around 4 weeks. You should be able to stand watch independently (as watch leader), be seaworthy, and have good social skills. The very pleasant owner couple will be on board part of the time and values privacy (please limit social media during this period).

– Start, depending on the weather window, at the end of March 2026 in the IJsselmeer, heading to Antibes.

The yacht has just returned from a refit at the yard and is in good condition. All sails can be operated hydraulically from the helm station. Large deck saloon with good all-round visibility for cold nights, etc. There are 3 comfortable double cabins for skipper and crew. Travel costs will be reimbursed if you sail the entire passage. Catering on board.

For this passage we are looking for an experienced, qualified skipper on a daily-rate basis, with experience on the Baltic Sea – North Sea – Atlantic – Mediterranean route. The owner is a worldly Italian entrepreneur with a strong sense of adventure who would like to experience this passage himself on his Hallberg-Rassy. We are therefore looking for someone willing to accompany him on the route and provide a bit of coaching as well.

Good English skills are required.

In addition, we are looking for an experienced female or male crew member on a berth-for-work basis. With full participation, there will be no costs for this person.

The skipper must be an experienced professional who is familiar with the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Crew members should be able to stand watch independently and be seaworthy.  

Start, depending on weather window, likely from late March/early April in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed once the voyage to Stockholm has been completed. Meals on board are included.

The Arcona 430 is a high-quality yacht from Sweden, comparable to a Hallberg-Rassy. The yacht is well-equipped and seaworthy. Further details will be provided directly to the crew member/skipper.
