We operate worldwide on yachts . We know from our own experience and hundreds of completed orders, which is what matters on board . Our pre-selected Sailors have the qualifications, skills and experience you need: For example, as a permanent skipper on private yachts, temporarily on charter or as a trainer or skipper on delivery trips. Our database is continuously updated. References and licenses are checked. Characteristics are identified in personal interviews and classified with feedback from crews to find the right candidate for you if necessary.
