When planning and executing your yacht transfer, we try to proceed as carefully as possible. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process:

Equipment list and contact details

Please fill out the attached checklist carefully and return it to us. If things seem irrelevant or have already been replaced, or you don’t know them – please just leave the item open. We’ll sort it out later.

Ship’s papers

Please do not forget to send us a copy of the (1)vessel papers (boat license, flag certificate, etc.), the (2)insurance confirmation – together with the extension for us and the (3)proof of VAT paid or deposit it in the boat.
