Who is needed?

For a well-known client, we are looking for an experienced, professional deckhand from the superyacht industry to teach other deckhands how to properly care for superyachts. The company looking for a candidate would like to set up a training unit and develop strategies for the correct care of superyachts. This position could be permanent or seasonal (more likely winter months). Work location would be worldwide training assignments, with the base either in Palma or Hamburg/Germany. For the 2025 season in the Mediterranean, we are looking for a deckhand/helper for a friendly Swiss man on his Terranova 85 motor yacht. The new Hanse will be ready by the end of April in Portoroz. The plan is to sail her with the owner and friends (Mexican) all along the coast in Croatia and Montenegro.
