Skipper wanted for day charter on Mallorca, for August 2025 

We are looking for a skipper for a day charter operation on behalf of a client. The assignment is from August 1 to September 30 , 2025 and may include the entire next season (May to October) in the future.

The yacht:

• 38 foot catamaran under German flag

• Area of application: Mallorca

Your tasks:

• 2 trips per day (a few miles each) – 5 days a week

• Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and safety on the water

• Care and maintenance of the yacht

• Communicating with guests and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere on board

Requirements:

• At least SKS (recreational coaster license)

• If possible, experience in the charter business and in dealing with guests

• Friendly, sociable nature

• German language skills

• Reliability, team spirit and a sense of responsibility

• The position is not for seasoned sea dogs, but for people who want to get on board.

What we offer:
